Hmmm I think I found one of your posts about your problem.

You should try this and report success/failure so we know where the problem lies exactly, else we can't really do much about it :/
(I personally use Opera, which is a very solid and safe browser)
thanx btw i've submitted 2 pics. instead of using a Mac i used a PC & used Firefox plus i shinked the preview pic too so i still don't no if its the computer i use, the browser i use or the fact that the preview pic was too big..
